Your configuration sets the packing list — The selected computer build determines the power supply, hub and cabling. Network-audio software, licences, external audio interfaces, stageboxes and controllers are not included unless specified. Network audio requires a compatible endpoint and a qualified software/network setup; Ethernet alone does not provide audio conversion. Travel bags and cases are optional transport choices, not included by default.

Portable by design

Rack to road

2U / 2½U reference format. Choose a fitted bag or a Peli case for your compact build.

01 / Backpack

Outline of a fitted touring backpack for a compact CLR rack

Pack light, stay connected

A fitted bag is a transport option for builds up to 3½U. Keep the compact rack together from rehearsal to the stage.

02 / Peli case

Example CLR rack and accessories fitted inside a protective Peli case

Protection for the road

A fitted Peli case adds rigid protection, with an insert and accessory space planned for your complete rack.

Optional transport, configured to order. These drawings illustrate travel formats, not this rack’s exact insert or included accessories. An internal computer can change rack height and the available transport format. Final packed dimensions and weight are confirmed with your build. Airline cabin acceptance depends on the carrier’s current rules.

Choose your computer

Choose one external Mac laptop in the 2U reference layout, or one internal Mac mini in the 2½U reference layout. Final mounting, computer model and connections follow your build.

The rear patch

How it connects

  • The selected Mac runs playback, cues and show-control software.
  • The Ethernet switch connects compatible audio endpoints, controllers and show devices.
  • Front of house receives audio through the specified network endpoint—not through an assumed analog interface inside this rack.
Network
8 sockets: POE 1–4 · LIGHT · VIDEO · ETH 1–2. PoE availability and budget follow the installed switch.
Host & display
The reference rear provides computer access and a display-marked USB-C connection. Final data and display routing follow the chosen Mac.
Power
AC IN for rack power. Laptop power supply and hub, or internal Mac mini power, follow the selected configuration.
